REFORM OPEN MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing a REFORM ONE, REFORM TWO or REFORM THREE membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership options

REFORM PYP offers the following memberships:

  • REFORM ONE: one Reform Open class per week

  • REFORM TWO: two Reform Open classes per week

  • REFORM THREE: three Reform Open classes per week

Memberships apply to eligible Reform Open classes only, unless otherwise stated.

2. Your membership start date

You may choose the date on which your membership begins. You do not have to wait until the beginning of a calendar week.

Your weekly class allowance refreshes every seven days from your chosen membership start date.

For example, if your membership begins on a Tuesday, your membership week will run from Tuesday to Monday and refresh every Tuesday.

If you would prefer your membership week to run from Monday to Sunday, please choose a Monday as your start date.

If you would like to attend a class before your chosen start date, please contact REFORM PYP directly. Where agreed in advance, REFORM PYP may honour your applicable membership price for that class.

3. Booking classes

All classes must be booked in advance using the REFORM PYP online booking system.

Membership does not guarantee a particular class, day, time or instructor. All bookings remain subject to availability.

Classes are limited to five participants, so members are encouraged to book ahead.

4. Weekly class allowance

Your membership includes the number of weekly Reform Open classes stated in your selected plan.

Classes must be taken during the relevant seven-day membership week. A class cannot ordinarily be moved into another week or exchanged for cash, credit, merchandise or another service.

Additional classes may be booked separately at the applicable price, subject to availability.

5. Missed classes and late cancellations

The standard REFORM PYP cancellation policy applies to all membership bookings.

If a class is cancelled after the permitted cancellation deadline, or you do not attend a booked class, the class will be treated as used and deducted from your weekly allowance.

Classes lost through a late cancellation or non-attendance will not normally be refunded, credited or carried over.

6. Holidays and time away

REFORM PYP understands that holidays, work commitments and other periods away may occasionally prevent members from using their usual weekly allowance.

Where sufficient advance notice is provided, REFORM PYP will try its best to accommodate a reasonable request to carry over a class. However, carry-over is discretionary, subject to class availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Please contact REFORM PYP before your time away. Retrospective requests made after a class allowance has expired may not be accepted.

Any agreed carried-over class must be booked within the timeframe confirmed by REFORM PYP and remains subject to availability. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another person.

7. On-Demand access during short absences

Where included as a membership benefit, active members who are away or unable to attend in person for up to two weeks may use selected REFORM On-Demand sessions.

On-Demand access is intended to provide an alternative during a short absence. It does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund, account credit or class carry-over.

Members remain responsible for selecting sessions appropriate for their health, experience and available equipment.

8. Membership pauses

A membership may be paused for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of six weeks at a time.

Members may request up to three pauses during each membership year.

At least 21 days’ notice must be given before the requested pause date. All pauses must be requested directly and agreed by REFORM PYP in advance.

A pause is not confirmed until it has been approved by REFORM PYP. The membership and associated payments will restart automatically on the agreed restart date.

Pauses cannot normally be applied retrospectively or used to cover late cancellations, missed classes or expired weekly allowances.

9. Payments and renewal

Membership fees are collected using the payment method selected at registration.

Memberships have an initial minimum term of three months. Following this period, the membership continues on a rolling basis until cancelled in accordance with these terms.

Members are responsible for ensuring that their payment details remain valid and up to date.

If a payment is declined, missed or reversed, REFORM PYP may suspend membership benefits and cancel future bookings until the outstanding amount has been paid.

Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by REFORM PYP.

10. Cancelling your membership

After the initial three-month minimum term, you may cancel your membership by providing at least 30 days’ written notice to REFORM PYP.

Membership fees and benefits will continue during the notice period, and any scheduled payment falling within that period may still be collected.

Cancellation does not create an entitlement to a refund for unused classes, missed sessions or unused membership benefits.

Nothing in these terms affects any cancellation or refund rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

11. Personal and non-transferable membership

Memberships, class allowances and membership benefits are personal to the registered member.

They cannot be shared, transferred, resold or used by another person unless REFORM PYP has given express permission in advance, such as through an authorised member guest or bring-a-friend benefit.

12. Member benefits

Membership may include additional benefits such as:

  • Selected REFORM On-Demand content

  • Member loyalty gifts

  • Exclusive member offers or perks

  • Priority access to selected events, workshops or retreats

  • Member merchandise discounts

  • Occasional bring-a-friend opportunities

Benefits may be introduced, varied or withdrawn. They are subject to availability and do not have a cash value.

Any specific discount, gift or guest-pass terms communicated at the time will also apply.

13. Health, safety and suitability

Members are responsible for providing accurate and current information regarding their health, injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions and any changes that may affect their ability to exercise safely.

Please tell the instructor before class about any new pain, injury, illness, medical advice or change in circumstances.

Participation is subject to the instructor’s professional assessment. REFORM PYP may adapt, restrict or decline participation where reasonably necessary for the member’s safety or the safety of others.

Membership is not a substitute for individual physiotherapy, medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment.

14. Changes or cancellations by REFORM PYP

REFORM PYP may occasionally need to change an instructor, class time, timetable or venue, or cancel a class due to illness, emergency, low attendance, maintenance or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Where REFORM PYP cancels a class, the affected class allowance will normally be restored or a reasonable alternative offered.

REFORM PYP may update its timetable, membership prices, benefits or these terms. Reasonable notice will be provided where a change materially affects an active membership.

15. Exceptional circumstances and acceptance

REFORM PYP understands that genuine exceptional circumstances can arise. Requests relating to serious illness, injury, bereavement or other significant events will be considered individually and fairly.

Any exception offered is discretionary and applies only to that particular situation. It does not permanently change these terms or create an entitlement to the same exception in the future.

By purchasing and continuing to use a REFORM membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Membership Terms and Conditions, together with the general REFORM PYP booking, cancellation, privacy and studio policies.
