Reform Rebuild

Rebuild your strength. Refine your moment.  Continue your post natal journey

Reform Rebuild is a specialist, physiotherapist-led small-group Reformer Pilates programme designed to help you progress safely and confidently through the next stage of your postnatal recovery.

Suitable from 12 weeks postpartum, depending on your delivery and recovery, the programme builds on the foundations developed during Reform Restore, with a greater focus on whole-body strength, control, posture and functional movement.

Each 45-minute session combines progressive Reformer Pilates exercises with breathing, pelvic floor awareness and deep core connection. We pay close attention to movement quality, muscle recruitment and technique to help you rebuild strength and confidence for everyday life, exercise and a gradual return to the activities you enjoy.

With a maximum of four participants, you’ll receive individual guidance in a welcoming, supportive environment. Exercises can be adapted to your stage of recovery, previous experience and individual needs.

Non-mobile babies are welcome. There’s time during class for feeding, changing, settling and cuddles whenever needed.

Who can attend?

Reform Rebuild may be suitable for you if you:

  • Are at least 12 weeks postpartum. The right time to start may vary depending on your delivery and recovery.

  • Have completed Reform Restore and feel ready to progress; or

  • Have previous Reformer Pilates experience and would like supported guidance as you return to exercise after pregnancy and birth.

  • Would benefit from a small, physiotherapist-led class with close attention to movement quality and technique.

You don’t need to have completed Reform Restore to join. If you haven’t completed the programme, you’ll need previous Reformer Pilates experience and must complete our postnatal health screening questionnaire before attending.

If you’re new to Reformer Pilates, haven’t completed postnatal screening, or would benefit from an individual assessment, please book a one-to-one physiotherapist-led Reformer session before joining Reform Rebuild.

Please let us know before attending if you’re experiencing pelvic floor symptoms, pelvic heaviness, significant abdominal separation, ongoing pain, birth-related complications or other concerns about your recovery. Some women may benefit from starting with one-to-one sessions for a comprehensive assessment and personalised guidance before progressing to a group class.

If, following your screening questionnaire or initial discussion, we feel a group class isn’t currently the most appropriate option, we may recommend one-to-one sessions to help ensure you receive suitable support.
